AT A HIGH-LEVEL, OUR PROCESS INVOLVES THREE KEY STAGES:
We can work with your existing engagement initiatives or implement our own proprietary surveys and assessments to evaluate and quantify staff burnout and the costs to the organization.
We moderate working groups to identify underlying causes of burnout at each facility, and develop a true understanding of each environment. We develop a data-driven plan for improving the burnout rates at your organization, with appropriate metrics for monitoring progress and demonstrating success.
